Costs for transport and packing material

We deliver our goods with the German Postal Service, if not wished in another way by our customers.

We try to reduce the costs for our packing material as far as possible as follows:

we take used packing material,
we don´t use the "From door to door service" of special carriers,
we prefer cash in advance rather than cash on delivery,
"big" and known customers receive an invoice after delivery,
we also use the external packing material.

If a customer wants to have new packing material and places this order together with the article, we will take his wish into consideration.

We calculate for packing material and transport inside EU:

Weight:	Complete price for packing material and transport:
over 5 kg	20,00 Euro
over 5 kg to 10 kg	25,00 Euro
over 10 kg to 20 kg	35,00 Euro

Further fees of the German Postal Service (e.g. cash on delivery if necessary) are calculated extra and are listed separately in our invoice. All prices are without the german legal VAT (at present 19%).
