I manage this company as a family business, that means without additional stuff.
This has positive and negative consequences, which influence you as a customer as e.g.:
- During my vacation there is no contact partner,
- Perhaps orders are not handled as currently as in big mail-order houses with a lot of stuff,
- You can use our „Know-How“ partly free of charge (e.g. list of modules),
- We are able to respond better to special requests of our customers (e.g. configurations),
- Our services and hardware-components are cheap,
- We offer our customers tested solutions,
- The goods we offer to our customers are tested exclusively by us before. If you should not be satisfied functionally with your delivery , we will try our best in order to repair the damage.
However, we will do everything in order to satisfy completely our customers and deliver our goods in time.
If not mentioned in another way, we deliver by German Parcel Service at present.
